Revenge is sweet

I recently stumbled across Revenge is Sweet (a design collective) whilst searching on the trending site WGSN.
Revenge is Sweet is a collaboration between Angelique Piliere and Lee Owens. The pair met whilst studying graphic design and began working together after moving to London in 2006. Their work is a mixture of mixed media collage, illustration, type creation and design.
They have had work appear in publications both in the UK and internationally and worked with a wide range of clients including Nike, Selfridges & The Guardian.

Theo Altenberg

Theo Altenberg
I am amazed on how much talent this one man has, The 59-year-old is not only a painter, he is an actor, singer, photographer, writer and performer.

I love his uses of colour in these paintings. The random splashes and smears used in these works almost create the effect that Altenberg is capturing the essence of nature. The viewer finds themselves creating shapes and recognizable forms.

Exciting Architecture

As I am very interested in the combination of architecture and design, I have searched for concepts that fuse the two together in a visually exciting way.

These are few of my favourite things...

Joshua Davis is a New York based artist, designer, producing both public and private work for companies, collectors and institutions.
Since 1995, Joshua Davis has been using technology and computers as a medium to create projects that a recent Apple Pro profile branded as infinitely interesting.

Jaime Gili

An amazing artist I stumbled across, upon my search for inspiration.
Jaime Gili works combine  geometric design, influenced by the sharp geometric angles of architecture, His paintings display a feeling of raw, potent energy. Definitely someone i will be following.
